Formerly fairly hard to take too seriously in their "Thug Workout era", their 'Big Fat Smile' EP saw them dropping the shenanigans while still retaining their signature sense of fun. They've also garnered a deserved reputation as a fantastic live band over the last year, and 'Priorities' feels make or break for them. There's no doubt that Don Broco's lad rock will continue to rub a few people up the wrong way, but when the choruses are big ('Fancy Dress', 'Priorities' and 'Hold On') and the band have perfected their sound so well, it's very unlikely they'll be bothered in the slightest.
