You can’t go wrong with a bit of Orange Goblin. The lean, mean, hard rockin' machine's output has always been consistent, and their live shows are nothing short of spectacular. What we have here with the seventh release from Ben Ward and co. is much of the same beer-soaked metal madness that comes close to recapturing the magic of old school Sabbath, albeit with more of a stoner element. Catchy in places, with plenty of riffs to get the foot tapping, it’s big, it’s brash, and you can bet your ass it’s going to slay live.
