The Menzingers have been stirring up the punk underground for some years now and, as they now reside on Epitaph, the world is theirs for the taking. ‘On The Impossible Past’ builds upon the intricately crafted, dual vocalled song style they’ve developed thus far and adds more depth and heart. The quartet’s sound has matured and combines the Americana of The Gaslight Anthem, the quirkiness of The Lawrence Arms and their own unique stamp.
