Man Overboard and Rise Records are now streaming and offering a free download of the new Man Overboard song 'Spunn', off their upcoming self-titled album due out September 26th.

The download comes with a lyric and guitar tab sheet as well as album art wallpapers for computer desktops and iPhone, Blackberry and Android phones.

Man Overboard tour the US in October and November on the 'Pop Punk's Not Dead' tour alongside New Found Glory, Set Your Goals, The Wonder Years and This Time Next Year.
