Reviving the somewhat archaic approach of actually recording together as a band, Making Plans was tracked over just two days at Perry Vale Studios, South London.
Written as a document of the past year and a half, the 12 tracks (following on from 2010's “No.1” EP (Chunksaah) and split 7” with New York's Iron Chic) stay true to the sound they have developed over the last three years whilst also aiming to pay homage to the classic melodic punk rock they grew up listening to.
This self released album will be available as a limited edition book (with DL code); aiming to experiment with the conventional connection between music, lyrics and album artwork. It'll also be made available as a "Pay what you want" download on the day of release with traditional physical formats set for release in late 2012.
Pacer have launched a microsite www.wearemakingplans.com that will be populated with album related content in the 2 weeks leading up the the release.
